As we head into Fall, we have many exciting things happening, with our Dia de los Muertos events already underway, Latin Jazz this Monday Oct 2, an a big multi-generational art exhibition at Hermon Hall on Sunday Oct 7.

Please join Alee Peoples and friends Sarah Staskauskas and Ben Redgrave October 7th for the opening of Yours & Mine — a multi-generational art show that we’ve been working on for a while! Nine artists invited a family member (or two, or three, or four!) to exhibit alongside them, reinforcing our given and chosen kinship’s influence in our lives.

Thursday family workshops leading up to a community altar for Dia de Los Muertos, with Berta and Stan Sosa.
Come picnic in the park with some live jazz at Art in The Park! The group invites you to enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon in beautiful Hermon Park while they play some of jazz’s most iconic standards.
Art in the Park is excited to welcome teaching musician Matthew Hernandez who will be at leading Latin Percussion Lab and Latin Jazz Sessions!

Come try out drums, keyboards, guitar, and percussion with us.
Dry River Chorus (all ages) Oct 10 from 5:30-6:30pm
Come and make a joyful sound with a unique instrument: your voice! Open to all ages and skill levels.
Join us in Hermon Park, most Saturdays from 11am – 1pm (weather permitting) for free art and music. Open to everyone!
