    Christal Perez interrogates the phenomenology of food, and delves into the subjectivities that cast a light upon the fetish of food and flesh. Situated within the realm of object-oriented ontology, the work privileges the subjectivity of food and memory of matter that makes up for instance Oscar Mayer bologna, menudo and other foods, to be able to begin to digest the entrails of auto-ethnography.
