Born and raised in South LA and immersing himself in the LA skate scene in the late 90’s, Rafael Bustamante honed his skills as an artist by documenting friends at skate spots throughout LA, NY, DC, and Barcelona. This collection of photos explores the relationship between skater and photographer, highlighting the level of trust between the two collaborators as Rafael captures their essence.
