Community Saturdays

On most Saturdays in Hermon Park, We have Community Arts and Community Band from 11-1pm. It’s a free, friendly, all-ages, art-making environment, and everyone is invited!

Community Band is held outside as a series of creative musical sessions and concerts directed by Logan Hone, and in Partnership with Neighborhood Music School.  Musicians of all skill levels, ages, & backgrounds are invited to join the band in learning an eclectic mix of music in many styles, including pop, jazz, latin, folk, & original material.

See the main Community Band page for more detail, and check our event calendar for the latest schedule

Community Arts is also usually held outside, and has a rotating array of kid-friendly activities from sculpture to tie-dye to cyanotypes. Check with this week’s event for more details!
