Meditational Drawing is a six session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. In this session, we immerse ourselves in the process of seeing. Exercises will be dedicated to building awareness to detail, and seeing through a individual and group exercises.

Meditational Drawing is a six session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. Sound and hearing is the foundation of this session, utilizing music and sound as a jumping off point for meditative drawing. 

Meditational Drawing is a six session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. This session concentrates on identifying helpful affirmations and mantras which will be used to make repetitive text drawings.    

Meditational Drawing is a 6 session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. In this session, we will use our paper and tools we made in previous sessions to make collages that concentrate on the sensation of touch, material and texture. 

Meditational Drawing is a 6 session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. Using a variety of materials such as string, wire, sticks and glue, this session is dedicated to making drawing and painting tools 

Meditational Drawing is a six session workshop lead by Artist and MFT Micheal Bauer. In this session, participants will learn about the papermaking process, and make their own paper which will be used in future sessions.
