DESCRIPTION:Milagro Allegro Community Garden\nFriday April 8th\, 5 – 7pm  \nPlease join Art in the Park and Milagro Allegro Community Garden in the planting and care of the Zinnia. We honor the seeds and the connection it gives us to the land. Events and workshops are organized around the spring growth cycle of the Zinnia flower. \nIt is with gratitude to the Zinnia Flower that we plant them this spring. Grown throughout Mesoamerica\, with the center of diversity in Mexico. Zinnias have traveled the world and into outer space. Please plant plant seeds into a communal flower bed at Milagro Allegro Community Garden. These seeds will be used to create a communal botanical sculpture with artist Isa Peña on May 28th at Art in the Park. \nArt in the Park and Millgro Allegro will be planting and sharing seeds at local schools and home gardens. If interested in growing at your home or school email liz.goetz@artintheparkla.org. \nSafety:\nThis event will be outside in the garden. Let’s keep each other healthy! Please stay home if you feel unwell or have any potential covid symptoms.
