SUMMARY:Community Arts
DESCRIPTION:Community Arts is held outside in Hermon Park most Saturdays. Join us in exploring the arts\, from puppets to painting. \n\nSaturday from 11 am–1pm  \nFree\, all ages  \nArt in the Park welcomes visiting artist Jess Ofelia Sandoval in May.  We will be using different materials and techniques to explore printing\, the process of creating an impression on a surface.  We’ll use geometric and organic shapes to create an image on fabric. \nMay 20th: Stencil cutout (organic and geometric)\, gouache. \nCommunity Arts is held outside in Hermon Park in the Arroyo Seco.  \nLet’s keep each other healthy\, please stay home if you feel unwell or have any potential Covid symptoms. If the weather is extreme due to high heat or rain\, Community Arts will be canceled.
